Ensure the pump is stopped by pressing the start/stop button. Fill the calibration column and close the valve to the reservoir tank while opening the valve to the calibration column. Note the starting fluid level.
Step 2: Access the Calibration Menu

Press the Settings button on the pump display, navigate to the calibration icon, and press Enter.

Press the start/stop button to start the pump. Observe the fluid level decreasing in the calibration column.

Before the fluid level goes below the scale on the column, stop the pump. Note the displayed flow rate, total stroke count, and total volume.

Adjust the total volume to match the fluid amount drawn down from the calibration cylinder using the up/down arrow buttons. Save the calibration by pressing the Save button.

Close the calibration column valve and reopen the tank supply valve. The pump is now calibrated and ready for use.
