Intro: Configuring WCTW100 Controller


In this guide, we will walk you through the process of configuring the basic settings for a WCTW100 controller, including setting the sensor type, configuring the bleed relay, and assigning the conductivity sensor to the bleed relay.

Step-by-Step Guide


Step 1: Select and configure the sensor type

For contacting conductivity inputs, enter the "Configure" menu and use the down arrow key to navigate to "Contacting Conductivity". Select it by pressing "Enter" and then return to the home menu.


Step 2: Configure the bleed relay for on/off setpoint outputs

Enter the "Configure" menu and ensure the HOA settings are set to "Auto". Use the down arrow key to navigate to "Mode" and press "Enter" on "Offset Point". Press "OK" and then the "HOME" key to return to the home menu.


Step 3: Assign the conductivity sensor to the bleed relay

Press the "Relay" button, then "Output" and "Relay" again. Enter the "Configure" menu and choose "Input". Use the down arrow key to select the conductivity sensor and press "OK". Return to the home menu by pressing the "HOME" key.


✅ Your WCTW100 controller is now configured with basic settings for contacting conductivity inputs and on/off setpoint outputs.
