We use different callout colors to indicate the significance of the information presented in our help center. Here is what each color means:
Red: Important
Important: Indicates important and urgent information. Typically used for warnings, alerts, or critical information that needs immediate attention.
Yellow: Reminder
Reminder: Indicates caution or the need to proceed with care. Typically used for reminders, cautions, or notices that require attention.
Green: Tip
Tip: Indicates helpful tips, best practices, or anything that can help the user accomplish a task more efficiently.
Gray: Info
Info: Indicates additional information that is useful but not critical. Typically used to provide contextual information, explain complex concepts, or highlight helpful notes.
