Firmware Update Guide

Step 1: Prepare Your Pump

Connect the pump to a computer using a USB A to USB C cable. Afterward, connect the pump to a power source. Do not power on the pump yet.

Step 2: Download the Firmware Update

Visit the A1 product page on Blue-White's website. Under the 'Downloads' tab, download the 'A1 Firmware Update' zip file and unzip its contents. Within the unzipped folder, you'll find separate folders for Mac and Windows operating systems.

Step 3: Launch the Firmware Updater

As we're using a Windows computer for this guide, open the Windows folder. Within this folder, you'll find an application called 'PC Loader'. Open this application.

Step 4: Load the Hex File

Enable the 'USB Communication Setting' and select 'Connect'. Once the device is connected, select 'Load Hex File'. Navigate to the hex file for your pump and open it.

Step 5: Update the Firmware

Once the hex file is loaded successfully, select 'Erase, Program, Verify' to update the firmware. The PC Loader will update the firmware, indicated by a blue progress bar. Upon successful verification, disconnect the pump from the computer.

Step 6: Power on the Pump

Power on the pump. Your pump's firmware is now up-to-date and ready for operation.

✅ By following these steps, you'll ensure your Blue-White 1 series pump is running with the latest firmware, contributing to the optimal performance of your pump.
