Understanding the 4-20mA Calibration Feature

Step 1: Identifying the Need for Calibration

The need for calibration arises when the milliamp signal being sent over a long distance is not accurately received. For instance, a 20 milliamp signal sent may read as 19.8 milliamps at the pump.

Step 2: Utilizing the Calibration Feature

With the new calibration feature, your pump can now accept the 19.8 milliamps as 20 milliamps, simplifying your process.

✅ By utilizing the 4-20mA calibration feature on your Blue-White pump, you can ensure accurate chemical feed processes despite signal discrepancies.
