Getting started:

This guide is to assist with the installation of the DICE™ DS or DM module on the DICE™ Panel. The DICE™ system can be integrated in several ways, and the model number ordered will reflect the chosen connector configuration, pressure rating, and material configuration. In this guide, we'll focus on the simplest configuration, with one dosing pump and a calibration column.

Step 1: Mount the DICE™

The DICE™ can be mounted on any type of support using its three mounting holes. Use the supplied fasteners to secure the DICE™ to the support.

Step 2: Make the Necessary Connections

In this configuration, you will need to make four connections: to the dosing pump, the tank return line, the calibration column, and the process outlet.

Step 3: Connect the Dosing Pump

Cut and install a flexible tube between the dosing pump outlet and the DICE™. The connections can be made using the supplied ferrule connector.

Step 4: Install the Tank Return Line

Connect a flexible hose to the DICE™ evacuation outlet port and route it back into the chemical tank.

Step 5: Install the Calibration Column

The calibration column is mounted and connected directly to the DICE™ using the supplied DICE™ male NPT connector.

Step 6: Connect to the Process Outlet

The connection to the process outlet line is done using flexible tubing and the supplied ferrule connector.

Step 7: Complete the DICE™ Installation

With all connections made and the DICE™ securely mounted, your DICE™ installation is now complete.
