Introduction


The DICE™ DS and DM modules are versatile units equipped with three ports on the side. These ports can be utilized for secondary pumps or additional accessories like a pulsation dampener or pressure transmitter. This guide will walk you through the process of integrating a pulsation dampener on a DICE™ DS module. The procedure is identical for the DICE™ DM module.

Tip: Always make sure there is no pressure or residual chemical inside the DICE™ unit and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) before proceeding with the installation.

Step 1: Preparation

Before proceeding with the pulsation dampener installation, ensure there is no pressure or residual chemical inside the DICE™ unit. Always wear the required personal protective equipment.


Step 2: Assemble the Pulsation Dampener

Assemble the pulsation dampener and install the piping supports in the desired location prior to installation.


Step 3: Remove the Auxiliary Port Connector

Remove the chosen auxiliary port connector.


Step 4: Install the Pulsation Dampener

Install the pulsation dampener in place using the piping supports.


Step 5: Screw the DOS Connector in Place

Screw the DOS connector in place.


Step 6: Complete the Installation

Your pulsation dampener installation is now complete. If required, proceed with the pulsation dampener adjustment as per the manufacturer's manual.


✅ The pulsation dampener is now successfully installed on your DICE™ DS or DM module.
